THE CONTROL MUST BE:
- CERTAIN -> you need to make sure that the device is always up and running
- NOT INTRUSIVE -> should not disturb the normal life of the individual
- CONSTANT -> The device must be worn and operational 24 hours
- RESPECTFUL FOR THE PRIVACY OF THE INDIVIDUAL -> although it is necessary to monitor the person at any time of his or her day, notifications to third parties should only be received in case of real need
- INTELLIGENT -> is able to adapt to the peculiarities of the individual through an approach of “continuous training” of algorithms
Is it a COMMON PROBLEM?
The elderly population in the province of Trento, as at the national level, is undergoing a steady increase that will lead to an increase of 48% compared to 2011, with a growing demand for assistance and use of services by elderly people who are not self-sufficient it is estimated of about the 50%.
